Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number, we may send you text messages about your service: appointment confirmations, reminders, technician arrival updates, estimates, invoices and receipts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the technician assigned to your job and with service providers that help us run our business (such as phone, messaging and payment providers), only as needed to provide your service, or when required by law.

Security and retention

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.
